In just three weeks before the 2024 election, we were asked to create a “get out to vote” campaign by the city of Philadelphia. We found that people don't vote because they don’t think their vote matters. They don't believe one person changes anything and they don't see changes in their communities. It's a justified feeling. It's also untrue.

Elections are a national event, but they're felt locally. So we encouraged Philadelphians to vote with OOH messaging placed exactly where their votes matter—at home, at work, at school—and help them realize how their votes take effect.
